Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your purchase within seven working days, starting with the day after you receive the goods. This excludes earrings as they can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. 

Once in possession of the goods it is your duty to retain and take reasonable care of the items. You must send the goods back to me, at your own cost, as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. If an Item is returned to me with damage or scratches, I can not issue a refund. 

Exceptions to this rule: If we delivered the item to you in error or the items are faulty, a refund will be given. 

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, the sum debited to us will be refunded to you, as soon as possible and within 30 days of the cancellation of your order.

Exchanges can also be processed in the same way as refunds, please contact us to arrange this. Earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons

You may not cancel or exchange the purchase of an item that is made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
