This 9ct yellow gold piece, originally an earring, has been thoughtfully transformed into a pendant. Featuring a delicate 5mm turquoise stone set in an 8-point star, also known as a gypsy or nautical compass setting, it is estimated to be Victorian design. The pendant measures 11mm in diameter and has been carefully hand-cleaned to preserve the stone’s integrity, avoiding ultrasonic cleaning (I do not advise getting the pendant wet, and please treat with care). While the back is finished to a high standard, it shows some imperfections, please see a photo listed of the back. Although not hallmarked, the gold has been verified as genuine 9ct gold.
